Beginners love how accessible and nurturing the work feels, while advanced practitioners and even healers come to me for deeper clearing, alignment, and activation. Healers need healers too and my gift is meeting each person exactly where they are with both power and gentleness.

Yes, couples’ tantra is designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Together, we’ll explore energy alignment, breathwork, and 5-senses massage (with me guiding you both in how to give and receive). You’ll learn powerful tools to release old blocks, deepen intimacy, and reignite passion in a way that lasts beyond the session. Think of it as relationship therapy but way more embodied, sensual, and permanently transformational.

Tantra is all about embodiment: awakening your life force energy, deepening intimacy, and experiencing full-body healing through breath, energy, and sensual practices. Subconscious Reprogramming works more with the mind. In these sessions, I guide you into deep meditative states (alpha + theta brainwaves) where we can gently rewrite old patterns, clear limiting beliefs, and anchor in new ways of being. Both are transformative tantra moves through the body and energy, subconscious reprogramming rewires the mind. Together, they create lasting change from the inside out.

Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in. I provide everything else the music, the herbs, the oils, and the sacred space. For couples, bring an open heart and the willingness to explore deeper levels of intimacy with each other. You’ll leave not only more connected to yourself or your partner, but with tools, rituals, and practices to carry into daily life.
